10 out of 10 if you’re looking for a 2 bed and 2 bath condo directly on the beach. Host communication was top tier. Condo was very clean! The beds were so comfortable and all pillows are fluffy to where you just melt in them. Highly recommend.

My friend and I enjoyed our girls trip. The beach was great and it was nice that we could rent chairs and an umbrella. We liked the quietness of the building and met some of the friendly owners. The patio furniture was a little heavy and large which made it hard to get around on the patio. Otherwise, we loved the condo and had a great stay. Thank you

The Wind Drift is a great property bordering the east end of Gulf State park making it a low people density area. Management team was great, communication was frequent and helpful on the two very small items we had during our stay (extended our stay by a day and had an operating issue with an electric shade). This is an older property but kept up really well. The property was very clean and easily accessible. They were replacing an elevator when we were there but the one working, worked just fine, no issues. I think they are replacing both of them. Bumped into several people that stay at the property each year and they love it. Very short walk to the beach and pool. The beach was not crowded the second/third week of June when we visited. The attendance that get your chairs, etc. where great to work with. We liked being on the 6th floor. Ate lunch/dinner on the patio and watched the waves. Perfect. The South property is next to an undeveloped area, so it is very quiet and you don't have anyone to the West of you. If you are looking for a quiet spot but close to shopping, etc., this is the spot. The room isn't fancy but was nice and clean. Could have used more utensils but that was OK. Shopping in the area was a lot of fun and there are tons of places to eat. We had a great experience and return to this location.

The place is beautiful inside and at one of my favorite locations. However, between you and the owner is a property management company named Current Tides. I won’t rent anything they manage again. They were not accommodating to medical emergency issues my wife was having. Also, nickel and dime you for everything.

First trip to AL coast and this location and condo did not disappoint. The home was very well appointed and the updates appear to be new. The location worked well for us as there were plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping in the area. More importantly, the beach access was super convenient and the views were amazing. The condo was beautiful as described and had everything we needed except a Keurig. There was a large coffee pot, but no one else in my group drinks coffee. I only brought KCups. The gulf view from the living room/balcony was amazing! The blinds in the master bedroom, however, could not be raised as the unit was not operational. We called the condo manager who came onsite but was unable to fix the unit before we left. So, we were unable to raise the blinds in the master bedroom or access the balcony through the master bedroom door. Location was a very short walk to the beach. The beach was very nice and very secluded. Be sure to order your beach setup before you arrive! We had emailed our host in advance who informed us to order when we arrived that morning. We were lucky as there was only one front row spot available, and it was a long hike in the sand. Shelly’s Service was great though, and she fixed us up for the rest of our time with a setup much closer to our property. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and location very much.

Overall everything was great with this property. The only suggestions I have are to shake out and vacuum the bathroom rugs and kitchen rugs. There was a lot of hair on those rugs from previous guests. Also the bathroom door in the master bathroom squeaked very loudly when opening and closing it but we were able to remedy that during our stay. Overall a very nice unit and we look forward to staying there again in the future.
