My only complaints are we had to go through three different codes before we had one that actually worked. However, customer service was extremely helpful. Also had a minor bug problem. It was a beautiful condo, very clean and had plenty of room for our group of 7 and a toddler. The hosts were always responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was with our door code not working but even after hours someone was able to help us get it sorted out!
