The toilet handle in the second bathroom broke the first day. I called and spoke to management when it happened, text them the next day in the app and emailed the 3rd day but maintenance never showed up to repair it. The host provides a great deal of recommendations for places to eat and things to do around OB. There is only one trash bag, one roll of TP for each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and enough detergent for only one load of laundry - bring your own basically. Most of the rentals I have stayed at before provided multiples of these things besides the detergent but it's not a big deal to go to the DG across the street! The only negative thing was checkout. Checkout is scheduled for 1000 but at 0800 housekeeping was knocking at the door trying to come in and turn the place over. They said we had checked out on the app - I don't even have the app. Initially I thought they were scammers or something, but they ended up coming back 2 more times to ask if we were out yet. Came on the trip with 6 girls total and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for all of us and the two bathrooms made it so nice when it came to getting ready. The location was amazing! Close to restaurants, shops, in walking distance of a bar, such a good location if you’re looking to be close to those things. We had to uber all week and we had no issues with them finding the building. Also most uber trips we payed $10 so it was perfect and cheap! The patio wraps the whole way around the condo, it was the perfect morning spot to watch the beach! The only recommendation I would have is an earlier check-in, or just a place to store luggage for those who have flown in and have no way of holding luggage. They did fully disclose check-in would strictly be 4:00pm though.
