We absolutely love Windward Pointe 706! We originally chose this condo because it offers three true bedrooms, which is perfect for our family, but we’ve returned several times because we love it so much. The condo is always spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed arrangements are great for large families with kids or even groups of adults, and the beds themselves are super comfortable. The huge balcony is another favorite feature—there is plenty of seating, and it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Every stay has been wonderful, and the condo is consistently clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Full view of the ocean is really only seen from the master and living area side. The patio furniture is very "beachy" and weather durable, however, not as comfortable as cushioned furniture would be. Inside, the décor is very up to date with smart TV's in every bedroom and the living area. The only "lesser updated" finding was the tub/shower combos in the two bathrooms. It would seem with everything else that was updated, these would have been also. In any case, they were clean and totally functional. The master suite is nicely split from the guest rooms. We had everything we needed for cooking and then some! Everything inside was clean and fresh. I love how the bedding, including the comforter, and towels are washed professionally between visitors. Despite construction on the high rise next to this one, we were not bothered by any large amount of noise as we were up by the time they started and gone much of the day while they worked. We would totally stay here again. We had never stayed directly on the beach on any of our trips to the Gulf and this location sold us on that for the future. And also, May is a great time to visit the area if you aren't traveling with school aged children. We found the beach to be populated, but not crowded and we enjoyed being able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for the length of our stay. Parking was never a problem, either. There was lots of space for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids. The condo is in a great location with easy access to groceries, shopping and dinning. Beach access is a very short walk across the boardwalk. We had an issue with the tv/cable and liquid life arrived within 30minutes to get it fixed for us. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed extremely comfortable and the condo. 4 grownups and 2 kids which loved the full-size bunk bed. I am the Aunt that has no kids, but love and spoil all my nieces and grown nephew and niece n law!!! Condo had a huge balcony and awesome sweet view of ocean from beach and swimming pool.
