everything was as shown and described in the listing. Check in and out was smooth, parking was sweet, location was perfect, all together we will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits to this area.

Overall Comment
The Phoenix West is a great facility with several amenities. Our room, however, was not so great.
We booked unit 507 due to it being on a fairly lower level and having a large stand-alone ice maker. THAT feature clinched our decision! Unfortunately, the ice maker was out of order for our entire stay ��
One of the bedroom’s en suite had a clogged bathroom sink drain, and one of the queen beds had an 18”w x 4” deep divot in the center. Unusable ����
The owners need to show this room some love and attention, for sure.
Even with these downfalls, we still enjoyed our vacation. I mean... WHO doesn’t enjoy overlooking a serene beach and a week of relaxation?
