All units are stocked with a limited supply of bath towels and washcloths. 

For your convenience, Liquid Life Vacation Rentals has a complimentary starter pack of useful items in your condo. Your complimentary guest pack consists of the following items: 

  • 1 roll of paper towels
  • 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom
  • 1 vanity and 1 bath bar soap per bathroom
  • 1 trash bag per can
  • 1 dishwashing tab
  • 1 detergent tab

We recommend bringing: 

  • Dishwashing soap
  • Dishwasher detergent
  • Condiments
  • Paper Towels
  • Trash bags 
  • Aluminum foil
  • Ziplock bags (perfect for storing electronics & key cards at the beach!) 
  • Coffee and coffee filters – Or stop by our Café!
  • Laundry detergent (all units are equipped with a Washer and Dryer)
  • Bath products 
  • Bath tissue 
  • Kleenex
  • Hair dryer, brush or comb
  • Hangers

The convenience stores nearby are all readily equipped with beach and condo necessities!

How do I Rent an umbrella or chair?

For your convenience chairs & beach umbrellas are placed beachside to rent. If you’d like to rent for the day, see the beach attendant.

Can I bring the family pet?

The majority of houses and condos prohibit PETS. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found in these properties, immediate eviction and a forfeiture of rent will occur.

DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTIES - A limited number of houses have been designated "DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTIES" either during non-summer seasons only or year round.  

Dog Friendly Properties have certain weight restrictions and no cats are allowed. For details ask your Reservation Specialist.

A nonrefundable fee of $250 will apply to all “Dog Friendly Property” reservations.

Can we grill out on our balcony? Or are there grills at the condo?

A few of our properties do allow use of built-in grills; Turquoise Place & The Wharf. In all other properties use of outdoor grills on decks, porches, balconies and underneath houses is prohibited. Grills are sometimes provided in common areas at condominiums, however we cannot guarantee their working order or availability.


When is Check-In Time?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.

Early check-in is not possible; therefore, we encourage you to enjoy our public beaches and attractions if you arrive in the area early.

Our housekeeping standards may require extra cleaning time for some properties, which may delay check-in.

Keys will not be released until property is cleaned.

What is Checkout Time?

Checkout is at 10:00AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this, as we must have time to prepare the property for our next guest. Please return your keys to the location where you picked them up. We will charge a $25 lost key fee for any keys not returned.

What do I need to do to checkout? What are my departure responsibilities?

We hope you have enjoyed your stay with us!

Here are some helpful things to remember when checking out:

  • Check-out time is 10:00AM
  • Please remove all trash from property
  • Load and run the dishwasher
  • If unit requires excessive cleaning please be advised that your card on file will be charged for extra cleaning or damages. Documentation and photos will be sent to confirm unit condition.
  • Set A/C to 77 degrees
  • Turn out all lights
  • Lock the front door
  • Return keys to where you picked them up

What furnishings do properties include?

All rental properties are equipped with the following, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED:

Will I have access to Internet & business services?

No, but most of our properties offer free Internet.

We provide FREE Wi-Fi at the Liquid Life Café, stop by and enjoy some coffee and pastries while browsing the Internet!

Are there a maximum number of vehicles allowed at a property?

CONDOMINIUMS: Each Condominium Association regulates the number of parking passes issued to rental guests for each size property within the building(s). At many properties the Association assesses a fee, which we collect and remit to the association. Based on the Association regulations and fees you will receive one or two parking passes in your arrival package. Note: We cannot guarantee available parking space during high occupancy times.

HOUSES: Parking passes are not required, however occupancy over the limit stated for the property is carefully monitored.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know you won’t want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give an advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent, less a $60 cancellation fee. Inside 30 days for Condominiums and up to 60 days for monthly rentals and Beach Homes, the entire payment will be forfeited for cancellation, date changes or unit changes. If you purchased Travel Insurance before the final payment was due and you have a cancellation, you can contact RedSky Travel Insurance at (http://www.trippreserver.com/file-claim.html) or by calling 866-889-7409 to file a claim for a refund. Outside 30 days for Condominiums and up to 60 days for monthly rentals and Beach Homes, date changes and unit assignments changes are permissible without penalty.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 30 days before arrival for Condominiums and 60 days for monthly rentals and Beach Homes. Unless notified your credit card on file (used for the initial payment) will be charged. The final payment is non-refundable, unless you opted to purchase the RedSkyTravel Insurance anytime up to 30 days before arrival for Condominiums and up to 60 days before arrival for monthly rentals and Beach Homes. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal check or money order. We must have a valid credit card on file if paying by check or money order.

What are your office hours?

Our office is located in Orange Beach in the Palm Point Shopping Center and our hours vary. If you need assistance after hours please call our after hours number 251-223-6724.

Do keys have to be returned to the office?

Please return your keys to the location in which you picked them up. If you are staying at a property that has a lockbox, please be sure to return the keys to the lockbox.

How can I get an extra parking certificate?

Parking space is limited at condo buildings as regulated by the Homeowner Association Board. Extra cars may be parked in our parking lot at 25741 Perdido Beach Blvd in Orange Beach at your risk and subject to availability.

Can I arrange for beach chairs and baby beds prior to arrival?

We do not supply baby beds, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. You can make prior arrangement with the beach service and equipment rental companies for these items.
