This rental features a master suite with a King bed, 50-inch flat screen TV and a jacuzzi tub, as well as a walk-in shower in the bath.The second guest room also has a King bed and a 42-inch flat screen TV. The third guest room has two Queen beds and a 42-inch flat screen TV. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room providing sleeping accommodations for 10. The family room has toys and games for those rainy days.
The kitchen is decked out with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, all stainless steel appliances, small appliances, a Keurig, cooking utensils, dinnerware, and flatware are also provided. Adjacent is the wet bar with granite countertops, sink, ice machine and a Margaritaville margarita maker to enhance any party. The laundry room contains a full-sized washer and dryer. The balcony features all new furniture including a sofa, outdoor dining table and lounge.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state-of-the-art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.

Sweat out stress in the fully-loaded exercise room, complete with a sauna.
PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November and December. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team.
