The Primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary, featuring a comfortable King bed, walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. With balcony access directly from the Primary suite, you can wake up to stunning sunrise views over the Gulf or unwind with a glass of wine as you watch the sun dip below the horizon in the evening. The attached private bath offers convenience and luxury, with modern fixtures and ample space to refresh after a day of beach activities.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy retreat for guests or family members. The bunk room is perfect for children or additional guests, with twin bunks and a flat-screen TV to keep everyone entertained.

Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need for your culinary creations. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for the whole family, or take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the balcony for an experience with a view.

After a day of beachcombing and exploring all that Gulf Shores has to offer, relax in the comfortable living area, where a sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space if needed. Catch up on your favorite shows or stream a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply unwind with a good book and the sound of the waves in the background.

For added convenience, the unit includes a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beach towels and swimsuits fresh and clean throughout your stay. Plus, with free WiFi included, you can stay connected and share your vacation memories with friends and family back home.

Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November-February. To get a quote on the monthly rates, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
