Welcome to Coconut Cabaret, a spacious and inviting three-story beach house featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. On the main floor, you'll find a welcoming living room with a large sectional, a cozy fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The fully appointed kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast counter, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. There are two dining tables that offer plenty of space for shared meals. A full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level. The laundry area features a new full-size washer and dryer. Step outside to the large screened-in back porch, complete with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating.
Also on the first floor is the spacious primary suite, which features a king bed and a generous ensuite bathroom with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a private commode room. This suite also offers direct access to the screened patio.
Upstairs, you’ll find four additional guest bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a cozy loft. Each bedroom includes a brand new Smart TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a king bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. The loft area includes a twin over twin bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
