As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Amenities at Crystal Tower include multiple pools, a Gulf-front lazy river, a huge outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool, a large fitness room, a second-floor air-conditioned sky-walk that leads you to the beach-side pools and sundeck, internet access throughout the entire complex, gated beach access for Crystal Tower guests only and a vending ice machine. On-site security is available 24 hours a day for added comfort. Located only one mile down West Beach Blvd., Crystal Tower is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at 251-424-1118 or [email protected].

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
