The open-concept living area features a comfortable seating space, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of room to relax after a day of sun and sand. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and a cozy coffee bar area—perfect for slow mornings and energizing starts to your day.

The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds—great for kids or extra guests. A loft area provides even more sleeping accommodations with a twin bed and a sofa sleeper, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

Convenience is key, and this home includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze during your stay. Step outside to your screened-in patio, a peaceful space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the tranquil surroundings of the resort.

With access to Martinique’s exclusive amenities, including pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, and private beach access, Vitamin Sea 10C offers everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating Gulf Coast getaway. A gas grill is available for cookouts (renters are responsible for supplying gas if it runs out).

The property is ideal for exploring and enjoying the surroundings. Take a leisurely bike ride (bring your own, or rent one nearby) or hop on the four-person golf cart to discover this unique beach community.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Enjoy the resort's many amenities, including two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, fitness center, and tennis courts. The property is also located near the 4200-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge trails. Take a peaceful walk on the boardwalk from the pools straight to the white sugar sand beaches.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
