The Primary suite is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a luxurious King Tempur-Pedic bed, a flat-screen TV, and a stunning Primary bath retreat. Indulge in spa-like relaxation with brand-new neutral limestone tile, a large walk-in shower, a freestanding soaker tub, quartz countertops, and high-end bathroom fixtures.

The second bedroom offers another King Tempur-Pedic bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath adorned with natural limestone tile floors and a walk-in shower. Meanwhile, the third bedroom boasts a Queen Tempur-Pedic bed and a Full bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with quartz counters.

In the living room, sink into the plush sofa with a Twin pull-out while enjoying entertainment on the 65-inch flat-screen TV. All mattresses in the condo are Tempur-Pedic, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your passes and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in November and January. To get a quote on the monthly rates, call our office. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The room is as nice as it appears in the pictures. Only one note. When using the oven give yourself time for it to preheat. It takes 45 minutes to preheat for a frozen pizza. All appliances are high end and super nice. The oven was just funny for pizzas and biscuits in the morning.
