Nestled on the 4th floor, this Orange Beach condo rental has been recently updated with new furnishings throughout and beckons you to unwind on its expansive private balcony, accessible from both the living room and the Primary bedroom. The Primary suite is a serene oasis, featuring a King bed, private bath, flat-screen Smart TV, and convenient balcony access for tranquil moments overlooking the Gulf. In the second bedroom, you'll find another luxurious King bed, while the third bedroom offers two Queen-sized beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Each guest room is thoughtfully equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV for added entertainment.

Step inside to discover a fully equipped kitchen adorned with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the culinary essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Great Beach Escape

We were happy with the location and beach access. The kids lived in the indoor pool. We are accustomed to usual beach accommodations and we pretty happy with the condo. We tend to be the oddity because we prepare and eat almost all of out meals in the condo, so we are kind of picky about the kitchen amenities for a 9-day stay. The biggest surprise was the lack of a food pantry, but we had options for the necessary supplies. Beds were very comfortable and we almost lived on the balcony, which accommodated the friends and family staying in other condos.
