Nestled on the 8th floor in Orange Beach, this condo rental captivates with its awe-inspiring Gulf views and an expansive balcony, accessible from both the living room and the Primary suite. Styled with elegance, the unit boasts plantation shutters and sophisticated wood & tile flooring throughout.

The Primary suite, a haven of relaxation, features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom, perfect for kids or guests, has 2 Twin beds. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and shares a well-appointed guest bath. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The heart of this home lies in its large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, a breakfast bar, a spacious island, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. Modern conveniences are at your fingertips with a full-sized washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, a Smart TV in the inviting living room, and a private balcony for savoring the coastal ambiance.

Romar House offers an exclusive and secure vacation experience in its gated complex, beautifully situated in Orange Beach. Guests can choose between two outdoor pools for a refreshing swim or leisurely lounging under the sun. For sports enthusiasts, the tennis court provides an opportunity for a friendly match, while the fitness room is perfect for maintaining your exercise routine. Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Fall beach trip
