Welcome to Seas The Day OBA, a splendid 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath casita that promises to be your dream home away from home. Situated in Beach Village Resort, the newest gated community on the Alabama Gulf Coast, this charming cottage is perfectly located in Orange Beach, just a leisurely stroll from the Gulf of Mexico.

Seas The Day OBA comfortably sleeps 10 guests, featuring a King bed and a daybed with a trundle in the Primary bedroom, a custom-built Full-over-Queen bunk bed in the Guest bedroom, and Twin-over-Twin bunks in the living room alcove. Each room in the cottage is equipped with large smart TVs, complete with streaming apps for your entertainment pleasure. Please note that streaming accounts are not provided, so you are welcome to log in with your own.

Built to Gold Fortified standards, Seas The Day OBA features contactless entry via door code, pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets, solid stone countertops, impressive 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels. Stay connected and comfortable with wireless WiFi access available throughout the condo.

Beach Village Resort is the newest gated resort community in Orange Beach, where privacy meets modern coastal living. This community, secured with private gated entry, lies just a stone's throw away from the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Guests are treated to an array of water features, including a large outdoor zero-entry pool that's a delight for all ages. The pool area, heated seasonally, is a paradise complete with a splash pad, a lazy river, and a custom-built water slide. Adding to the allure are the resort's seasonal activities. Imagine enjoying theater-quality movie nights by the pool, complete with a large outdoor screen and a top-notch sound system, creating unforgettable evening experiences. The resort also caters to outdoor enthusiasts with three community grill stations. This was a great place to stay with kids! Our toddler had a great time at the pool that had a splash pad, lazy river, and water slide! We loved that our casita included a cabana although I wish the cabana was on the other end. It was all the way in the back corner so we didn’t use it much. It would be great if they let us know where our cabana is before booking!
We used the jeep shuttle to go to and from the beach which was so convenient and always quick! Overall great stay and will most likely return! Also highly recommend the seafood market next door! They cook your food ahead of time and we had the best crab legs, corn, potatoes, and hush puppies for a take out seafood dinner!

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach at Beach Village Resort in October. Casita #47 was perfect for our family of 7! We loved being able to walk easily to the amazing pool. Our kids aged 7 to 14 all loved the pool amenities! Everything was just as pictured. Very clean and well kept. We definitely recommend BVR.
