Each room, including the Twin bunks, is equipped with large smart TVs, with Youtube TV already logged in for your entertainment.

A special highlight of this cottage is your very own private, pool-side cabana, included at no additional cost! This comfortable, furnished cabana offers a delightful shade retreat on hot summer days, allowing you to enjoy the poolside ambiance in luxury and comfort.

Built to Gold Fortified standards, Southern Sands features contactless entry via door code, pine wood and tile flooring, custom cabinets, solid stone countertops, impressive 12' and 10' ceilings, and elegant crown molding on both levels. Stay connected and comfortable with wireless WiFi access available throughout the condo.

Beach Village Resort is a Wonderful place to stay. I brought my six grand children as well as my son and daughter in law and we stayed in Southern Sands #45. This condo is Gorgeous and has EVERY appliance you may need to use if you want to cook. The decor is very aesthetic and has a beach feel throughout the whole condo. The whole family wants to return next year and reserve the same condo. The only downside was we came too late in the year for the movies by the pool and the fire pit was not working in the pool area. Overall my family and I give it an A+ rating!
