The second bedroom is just as inviting, with a comfortable King bed and access to a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, with its two cozy Queen beds, has a private bath, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The fourth bedroom is perfect for younger guests or singles, offering a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment at your fingertips.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
If your reservation is between March 1st - September 30th, you will need to purchase your parking pass(es) from the security guard on-site at The Enclave upon arrival. If your reservation is between October 1st - February 28th, you will receive two free parking pass. Your parking passes will be in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter of your unit upon your arrival. Please be aware that parking can be limited during holidays and peak seasons.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
