The Primary suite is a haven of comfort and luxury, featuring a plush King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony where you can start your day with a stunning sunrise over the water. The second bedroom boasts another King bed, while the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and a Twin bed, both adorned with flat-screen TVs. With a sofa sleeper in the living room, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and gather around the dining table to enjoy quality time with family and friends. After a day of beach activities, unwind in the spacious living room, which features a large flat-screen TV for movie nights or simply lounging and enjoying the view.

As a special bonus, the rental of Shoalwater 1204 includes two FREE beach rental chairs and an umbrella, allowing you to relax and soak up the sun on the beach without any hassle. Simply visit the beach chair attendant at Shoalwater, provide your name and room number, and enjoy a day of leisure on the beach.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Nestled on the white sandy shores of Orange Beach, Shoalwater offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and scenic beauty. Enjoy multiple pools, including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, children’s pool, hot tub, and steam room—perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach. Stay active with a fitness center and tennis court, or take a peaceful stroll through the beautifully landscaped grounds. A private boardwalk provides easy access to the Gulf’s pristine waters.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
