Welcome to The Palms 501, your stunning Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, ensuring you have an unforgettable vacation experience. Situated on the 4th floor, this corner unit provides access to a wrap-around balcony, offering spectacular Gulf views from every bedroom.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space adorned with hardwood floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

The Primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a plush King-sized bed, a 32-inch Roku TV for your entertainment, and a luxurious Primary bath with a large tile walk-in shower. Step out onto the balcony from the Primary bedroom and let the soothing sound of the waves lull you into relaxation.

The second bedroom offers two comfortable Twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests, along with a private bath featuring a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch Roku TV, ensuring everyone can unwind with their favorite shows after a day at the beach.

In the third bedroom, you'll find a cozy Queen bed, providing a peaceful retreat for restful nights. Wake up to stunning Gulf views and start your day refreshed and rejuvenated.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up your favorite dishes. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the balcony for a dining experience with panoramic views of the Gulf.

After a day of sun and sand, kick back and relax in the comfortable living room, where you'll find a plush sofa sleeper and a 50-inch Roku TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Stay connected with friends and family back home with complimentary WiFi throughout the condo.

The Palms is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience in a stunning beachfront setting. Guests are invited to dive into the outdoor pool, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the refreshing water. For a more relaxed swimming experience, the indoor heated pool offers comfort and warmth, ideal for all weather conditions. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site courts, providing a fun way to stay active during your stay. After a game or a day out, the sauna is a perfect retreat for unwinding and rejuvenating. The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
