The Primary suite is your serene retreat, furnished with a comfortable King bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. This tranquil sanctuary is perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two cozy Queen beds, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with its two Twin beds. Each guest room is thoughtfully equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and enjoy.

The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a Sleeper Sofa to accommodate additional guests. Gather around the flat-screen TV for a movie night or simply enjoy the company of loved ones in this inviting space.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: September, October, November, December, January, February, and March.
