The second guest room offers a cozy King-sized bed, while the third bedroom, which has two Double-sized beds, is perfect for kids or extra guests. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and share a guest bathroom fitted with a shower tub combo.

The large, fully equipped kitchen, adorned with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, granite counters, and a breakfast bar, invites you to indulge in culinary delights. Other amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a flat-screen TV in the spacious living room.

Romar House offers an exclusive and secure vacation experience in its gated complex, beautifully situated in Orange Beach. Guests can choose between two outdoor pools for a refreshing swim or leisurely lounging under the sun. For sports enthusiasts, the tennis court provides an opportunity for a friendly match, while the fitness room is perfect for maintaining your exercise routine. Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Our stay was great. We loved the floor plan, the kitchen and open living room. Beautiful view of the ocean! We loved watching dolphins in the morning. The large ice machine was a huge bonus we didn't expect as well. We will book this condo again when we come back to Orange Beach ????
