The Primary suite provides a luxurious California King bed and a flat-screen TV for your relaxation. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a separate dressing area for added convenience. The second guest room includes a cozy king bed, while the third bedroom, with two full beds, is perfect for kids or extra guests. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and share a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Throughout the condo, tile flooring enhances the beachside ambiance, while the large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, invites you to indulge in culinary delights. The dining area is enhanced by custom built-in cabinets, elevating your dining experience.

Romar House offers an exclusive and secure vacation experience in its gated complex, beautifully situated in Orange Beach. Guests can choose between two outdoor pools for a refreshing swim or leisurely lounging under the sun. For sports enthusiasts, the tennis court provides an opportunity for a friendly match, while the fitness room is perfect for maintaining your exercise routine. Unwind in the sauna, a peaceful retreat for relaxation. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for cozy moments and charming conversations. The charcoal grills add a touch of outdoor culinary fun, ideal for grilling enthusiasts.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Great property, beautiful views, and a great beach. Property was well equipped, loved the big ice maker, beds were comfortable, ac worked great! Great time for grandparents, parents and kids! Would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Orange Beach.Took me 2 days to figure out the trash chute was inside the stair well, since we were on the 11th floor that was nice. Wish there was a sign on the door, but that was just a minor inconvenience. We have stayed at several beach locations from Florida to Texas over the years and this was one of the best!!

Beautiful condo, great views from balcony, very clean and spacious. The whole family loved the condo, pools, and beach!Recommendations:Master suite bed was very hard would Recommend a new matress. The dryer does not work very well it took 3 cycles of drying for the clothes to dry.
