Each guest room is thoughtfully designed with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom, ensuring a shower/tub combo for convenience. A well-placed fourth bathroom in the hall includes a walk-in shower.

The condo is designed with your needs in mind. It features a full-sized washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze. The kitchen, a culinary delight, is fully stocked with everything required for preparing delicious meals and is complemented by stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A separate wet bar with a built-in under-counter ice maker adds a dash of elegance to your entertaining needs.

The large living and dining area is spaciously arranged to comfortably accommodate a large family. A large flat-screen TV and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper provide a cozy retreat for relaxation and additional sleeping arrangements.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Love the location, size of condo, beach, pools, and grill restaurant. Only thing I would recommend changing is having the parking pass in the room when guest arrive and include it with the rental amount.
