The Primary Bedroom is a luxurious retreat featuring a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony with panoramic Gulf views. The ensuite Primary Bathroom boasts a garden tub with a Jacuzzi, a separate shower, a double vanity, and a walk-in closet.

The Second Bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The Third Bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with a Queen-size bed and a Twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to an adjoining bathroom with a shower, also conveniently accessible from the hallway.

The Enclave’s prime location means you’re just a short walk away from a variety of shopping options, delightful dining experiences, and family-friendly entertainment.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
If your reservation is between March 1st - September 30th, you will need to purchase your parking pass(es) from the security guard on-site at The Enclave upon arrival. If your reservation is between October 1st - February 28th, you will receive two free parking pass. Your parking passes will be in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter of your unit upon your arrival. Please be aware that parking can be limited during holidays and peak seasons.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

We had a very relaxing short stay. The layout of the condo was great, beach front, 3 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. We never felt like anyone was on top of each other or crowded, and it was in a very nice location. It was literally right in the middle of everything. Parking is crazy after 7pm or so, so you may want to Uber instead so you don’t lose your parking space. It has all of the necessities. The condo could be updated, but all in all it was perfect for what we needed. Only thing, it could use some different sheets in the master room. They weren’t dirty but stained.

We loved everything about this place. Extremely spacious condo. It was very clean. Great amenities and it’s a short walk to the beach. The location was incredible! Everything you could possibly need was in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again!
