Welcome to Windward Pointe 1504! This stunning Gulf-front condo offers all the comforts of home with luxurious touches to elevate your vacation experience.

The fully equipped island kitchen features granite countertops, a tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space, making meal preparation a delight. Step out onto the over-sized balcony, where ample seating invites you to soak in breathtaking coastal views and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.

The Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom includes two full-size beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this spacious condo ensures everyone has room to relax and unwind.

The dining table seats six, with two extra seats available at the kitchen bar for casual meals or snacks. A full-sized washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer stays. For entertainment, flat-screen TVs are available in each bedroom and the living room.

Dive into relaxation with the indoor and outdoor pools, providing year-round enjoyment regardless of the weather. For a rejuvenating experience, unwind in the indoor hot tub or detox in the sauna. The fitness room caters to guests who wish to keep up with their workout routine even while on vacation. The complex also features stainless steel grills by the beach, perfect for beachside barbecues and gatherings. Challenge friends or family to a friendly game on our tennis court, adding an active twist to your beach vacation. For our younger guests, the children's pool offers a safe and enjoyable space to splash and play, ensuring fun for the whole family.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Everything was just as expected, the site and pictures were very accurate. The place was clean and spacious. We loved the view!! It was a gorgeous view of the ocean.
