Welcome to Summer House 1005B, a comfortable and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo that sleeps up to 8 guests—perfect for a family vacation or group getaway.
Step into a bright and open living space designed for relaxation, with comfortable furnishings and direct access to a private balcony where you can take in the sights and sounds of the coast. The living room includes a convenient sofa sleeper for additional accommodations.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed for a restful night’s sleep, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, furnished with two twin beds. Each space is thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and privacy for every guest.
Whether you're spending your days at the beach or lounging on the balcony, Summer House 1005B offers a relaxing home base for your stay in Orange Beach.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. Call our reservations team for these rates.
