Nestled directly behind Doc's Seafood on the beach road, this charming cottage is just minutes away from a public beach access point, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf of Orange Beach.

Step inside to discover a large open living space, perfect for relaxing with family and friends after a day of beach adventures. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient 5-burner gas stove, making it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay. With a full-sized washer and dryer included, you can keep your beach towels and swimsuits fresh and ready for your next outing.

Unwind in the comfortable living room, where a flat-screen TV provides entertainment for quiet evenings in. Each of the three bedrooms features its own ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The first suite bedroom offers a King-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, while the second suite bedroom also features a King-sized bed. The third suite bedroom is perfect for families or larger groups, with two Full-sized beds providing plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Outside, covered parking is available for up to three vehicles, providing added convenience and peace of mind during your stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Lovely Beach Townhome

This Summer Salt beach townhome was absolutely fantastic. The unit is basically brand new , and tastefully decorated with a luxurious interior decor. 3 BR , 4 BTH gives plenty of space to accommodate 2 cpls or a family. There is comfortable bedding in all the bedroom plus pretty upscale linen with high thread counts. The unit was squeaky clean upon our arrival. The swimming pool amenities are a delightful way to wind down in the evenings. The unit is located dead center of Orange Beach , everything is just a 5 min drive in either direction. Plus you can visit both Perdido Key or Gulf Shores vacation areas in just a 10 min drive. I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone , look no further this property is wonderful you will not be disapointed.

Overall a beautiful and spacious home. The neighborhood is safe, cute, and clean with a wonderful community pool within walking distance. Having a bathroom in every room was fantastic. My family really enjoyed our stay and looking to booking again. Thanks for a wonderful experience/stay!!!
