Welcome to Seachase 304E, your luxurious Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach! This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo offers breathtaking views, upscale amenities, and ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Located on the 3rd floor of the East Tower, Seachase 304E provides panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, creating the perfect backdrop for your vacation. Step inside and discover a beautifully appointed interior with modern furnishings and coastal-inspired decor.

The Primary suite is a true oasis, featuring a comfortable King bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Unwind in the ensuite bathroom, which boasts a luxurious whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Plus, the Primary suite has a sofa sleeper for additional guests.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, providing comfort and convenience for guests. The third bedroom features a double bunk bed, while the bonus room offers a futon, perfect for children.

The living room features high ceilings and an open-concept layout, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the comfortable furnishings and enjoy stunning views of the Gulf through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Gather around the 55-inch flat-screen TV for movie nights or cozy conversations.

Step outside onto the balcony and soak up the sunshine as you listen to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore. With plenty of seating, it's the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails with loved ones.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Share meals together at the dining table or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar.

Seachase 304E also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.

Plus, kids will love the splash pad, providing hours of fun and excitement.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes can be picked up from the Seachase Guard Shack upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, and January. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The best part of the condo is how close it is to the ocean, with no stairs to get to and from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, minus the queen bed. The fans on the walls were much appreciated. Like previous reviews stated, there’s only 1 closet in the whole condo. Something I found odd was that there’s only 2 TV’s. The couch is in terrible condition and I sent an email complaining about this. Overall, we had a great stay.
