The Primary bedroom is a comfortable retreat, featuring a King-sized bed and a private bath, creating a serene space to unwind.

The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two Queen beds, ensuring ample and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. Both Guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVD players, catering to entertainment needs.

Central to the Bluewater experience is a large outdoor pool, situated right beside the beach. This allows guests to easily transition between swimming in the pool and relaxing on the beach. An outdoor hot tub adds to the outdoor relaxation options, providing a soothing space to unwind. For those who prefer indoor relaxation, the complex also features an indoor pool and hot tub. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site fitness center, equipped with various equipment for maintaining workout routines. For outdoor grilling enthusiasts, there's a charcoal grilling area, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying open-air dining.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

Condo was very clean. Comfortable beds, not too soft, not too hard. Well stocked kitchen. Large balcony with great view of the Gulf of America. Outdoor pool is not heated. Short walk to the beach.

We loved Orange Beach and this condo. The view of the gulf from the porch is spectacular, we could sit there all day. The beach is steps away and it is a very clean, family friendly beach. Spring break trip

The condo was great. Everything was clean and easy to access. We have stayed in Florida for the last few spring trips. However, this trip to Orange Beach made us change our minds on Florida. The beach is beautiful and much less crowded. The condo and building were both well maintained and lovely. We would definitely stay here again.
