Welcome to Caribe Resort 1204C – a spacious and beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 9. This unit is fully handicap accessible and designed with convenience and comfort in mind.

Enjoy tiled floors throughout and an open-concept living area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a 66-inch TV, and access to a large private balcony—perfect for soaking in the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining table, bar seating, and a wet bar with a built-in ice maker and beverage cooler.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a loveseat that converts into a twin bed, private balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, a tiled walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with a queen-size bed, a full-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shared hallway access. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for added comfort.

For added convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, making it the perfect home away from home on the coast.

Additional amenities include a full-service marina, perfect for boating enthusiasts, and an arcade room for indoor entertainment. The resort also features private cabanas, a tiered outdoor pool area, and a convenient beach trolley service. Boat slip rentals are available for those who wish to explore the waters.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet at our Liquid Life Front desk. Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Nice condo, large balcony with Beautiful waterfront view. Host wasn’t responsive to messages 2weeks prior to stay but yet departure notice was received 3 times before the date. Needs to clearly state instructions for acquiring boat slips/passes/costs etc.
