The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a King bed, an ensuite with a walk-in tile shower, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the large private balcony. The balcony, with its sofa seating, is an ideal spot for enjoying mesmerizing beach and Gulf views. The second bedroom is appointed with a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom caters to additional guests or kids with 2 Twin-Over-Full bunk beds. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment for all.

The condo prides itself on high-quality furnishings, including a hand-made dining table that adds a touch of artisanal charm. The fully-equipped kitchen, with its sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, invites you to unleash your culinary creativity. Convenience is paramount, with a full-sized washer and dryer and free WiFi. Guests can indulge in relaxation with the indoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities or exploration. For families, the kiddie pool provides a safe and fun environment for the little ones to enjoy the water. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the tennis court, which is also lined for pickleball and features a basketball hoop for added recreation. Pelican Pointe also includes a well-equipped fitness room for those who wish to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay. PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.
