The living room, a hub for relaxation, offers a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and is adorned with tile floors, creating a welcoming atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet evenings.

As you step into the Primary suite, you're greeted by a luxurious King bed, a private bathroom for ultimate convenience, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the spacious balcony. This outdoor haven, complete with sofa seating, invites you to bask in the panoramic beach and Gulf views. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen bed, while the third bedroom features two cozy Queen beds, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone. For added convenience, the unit also includes a pack 'n play and a booster seat with a tray, making it perfect for families traveling with little ones.

This welcoming complex features both an outdoor and an indoor pool, catering to swimming preferences in any weather. Guests can indulge in relaxation with the indoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities or exploration. For families, the kiddie pool provides a safe and fun environment for the little ones to enjoy the water. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the tennis court, which is also lined for pickleball and features a basketball hoop for added recreation. Pelican Pointe also includes a well-equipped fitness room for those who wish to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay. For outdoor dining and socializing, the complex offers a grilling area, ideal for barbecues and gatherings.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

The condo was extremely clean and just as described. We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pointe 403 and had no issues at all. A beautiful view from the balcony! The location is a bit crowded, but convenient to groceries and restaurants. However, the complex itself is small, so it didn’t seem crowded when using the elevators or securing a chair at the pool.

This was our 1st time coming to Orange Beach. It was a great location, easy beach access. Great view from the patio. We had an issue with the coffee maker we messaged them got an immediate reply and was replaced with in a few hours. We loved everything about the Condo and Orange beach. We will definitely be back.
