All bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment pleasure. The second and third bedrooms share access to the second bathroom, complete with a tub/shower, catering to the needs of all guests.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Phoenix properties are known to be too notch. The condo could use a few updates. Counter tops have some damage and could stand to be replaced. The master bathroom countertop also needs to be replaced. Master bed is excellent. It is very comfortable as we’re the other beds. Could use a new chair in the living room. Recliner. The condo was just plain nothing over the top. Could use nicer patio furniture on the balcony. Stayed at beach colony a couple years ago and it was really over the top.
