The serenity continues in the second bedroom, which houses a King bed and its own private bath, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The third bedroom is equally inviting with two Full over Queen bunk beds and a private bath, perfect for additional guests or family members. Both guest bedrooms are outfitted with large flat-screen TVs and DVD players for endless entertainment.

The living area, a Primarypiece of comfort and style, is adorned with tile flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Unwind with a movie or your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, or lounge on the sofa sleeper that adds additional sleeping space.

Stay connected with wireless internet access throughout the condo, and indulge in culinary adventures with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. A wet bar with an ice maker adds to the convenience and luxury of your stay. Practical necessities like a full-sized washer and dryer ensure a hassle-free vacation.

Phoenix West offers a range of amenities for a fulfilling beach vacation. This complex features a lazy river and twisty water slide, catering to fun for all ages. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Easy to check in. Everything was great in the condo. The bunk beds were definitely a plus. Also having 4 bathrooms was great and we had plenty of storage space. The only downsides are the parking and the elevator wait but that is not the owner’s fault. We had a relaxing vacation and enjoyed Orange Beach.

The condo was great. We had a great view, plenty of space, and ease of check in. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable, and all the tv's all worked. The in house WIFI was great for making and receiving calls and text.
