This rental features a deluxe memory foam mattress in the master and a 46-inch HD LED Smart TV and a Blu-Ray.
The second guest room also has a King bed and a 40-inch HD LED Smart TV with Blu-Ray. The third guest room has two Queen beds and a 40-inch 4K HD TV with Blu-Ray & DVD player. There is a 60-inch HD LED Smart TV in the living room with a small supply of DVDs for viewing. This unit will sleep a total of 10 with a sofa-sleeper in the living room.
The unit also features a gourmet kitchen that has all stainless steel appliances with custom maple cabinets, and granite countertops and is fully equipped with small appliances, Keurig, a high-speed Ninja blender, cooking utensils, china, and flatware. Adjacent is the wet bar with granite countertops, sink & ice machine. Major condo upgrades include porcelain tile in a diamond pattern throughout the common areas, decorative tile on the breakfast bar and backsplash in the kitchen, pocket doors in the master suite, and upgraded light fixtures. The laundry room contains a full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy the spectacular views of white sand beaches and clear blue waters.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Phoenix West II offers spectacular Gulf-front views and fabulous amenities. Feel free to relax in the shimmering waters of the lazy river while the little ones enjoy the twisty water slide. This complex also offers an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, a large indoor heated pool with hot tubs, a grilling area, and a boardwalk with an outdoor shower. Sweat out stress in the fully-loaded exercise room, complete with a sauna.
PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
MONTHLY RENTALS

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
