The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath, ensuring privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is equally delightful, with a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a serene retreat after a day in the sun. The third bedroom is designed with fun and flexibility in mind, equipped with a Full bed and Twin bed, making it an ideal space for kids or extra guests.

The living room, the heart of the condo, is both stylish and comfortable, featuring a flat-screen TV and a sofa sleeper. It's the perfect place to gather, relax, and create memories with your loved ones. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it suitable for families, couples, or a group of friends.

*This unit is not to occupy more than 8 guests, including infants & children. All individuals, regardless of age, count towards total occupancy. Any guest with more than 8 people will be subject to eviction without a refund.

Your parking pass(es) must be purchased at the on-site office at Romar Place upon arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January, February, March and April. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

We had a late arrival getting in at about 930 at night. I was a little worried because our access code for the door did not work, but the host was very responsive and helped us out via communication in text messages through the app.
The location was well worth the money with an ocean view. We were very happy with that.
