Step into the Primary suite and find a sanctuary outfitted with a luxurious King bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for private relaxation. The suite boasts balcony access, allowing you to wake up to stunning ocean views. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is a versatile space featuring a Twin-Over-Full bunk, a Twin trundle, and a private bath equipped with a walk-in shower. Each guest room provides balcony access and is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring a personalized retreat for all guests. To accommodate additional guests, the living room includes a cozy Queen sofa sleeper, expanding the unit's capacity to comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

We’re local and this was our first time at the Palms. Would 100% pick here again. We loved how NOT overwhelming the property was. Parking, elevators, halls, pools, beaches…none of it was crowded.
