Situated on the 7th floor, this condo boasts newly remodeled bathrooms, featuring tile walk-in showers in the Primary bath and quartz countertops throughout, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to your stay.

Step into the Primary suite, where a comfortable King bed awaits you, accompanied by a flat-screen TV and private balcony access. The private Primary bath offers convenience and luxury with its spacious walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom provides a peaceful haven with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath. Additionally, guests can enjoy access to a North-facing balcony offering stunning views of Cotton Bayou.

In the third bedroom, two Twin beds provide cozy accommodations, along with a flat-screen TV and access to the hall bath, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Throughout the unit, tile floors create a cool and refreshing atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The large outdoor Gulf-front pool is a haven for relaxation and fun under the Alabama sun, providing a perfect alternative for those days when you prefer poolside leisure to sandy beaches. For a more serene experience, our heated indoor pool and hot tub are ideal for relaxing swims or soothing soaks, regardless of the weather. Stay active and energized with the onsite fitness room, equipped with everything you need for a full workout. After exercising, unwind in the sauna, the perfect place to soothe your muscles and rejuvenate your body. They also feature a grilling area, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking with a view.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. This is our first stay at the Tidewater but it won’t be the last. Our room was perfectly designed for our family. The location is great, it’s not a large high rise so the elevators weren’t backed up and parking was easy. Our room was clean and we loved having the corner unit. The owners had everything you could need for a perfect getaway.

The rental was very neat and clean, instructions were clear and concise, and we enjoyed our stay. It was really nice staying right on the beach! We also loved being able to use the pools and gym while we stayed. Any issues were quick to respond so I didn't feel like we had to worry if anything went wrong. Plenty of space for our 3 teenagers and younger child along with us 2 adults. Plenty of dishes, pots, and pans to use during the stay. Walls are thin but we didn't have any issues with other loud guests. We would definitely stay here again!
