CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
All reservations at Turquoise Place are automatically charged for two parking passes. You will receive your parking pass(es) and keys from the front counter in the Turquoise Place C or D Tower Office during check-in.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

My family and I came for a week because of my son playing baseball. My teenage daughter brought her two friends. I picked this place to keep them busy and give them privacy. They loved the hot tub on the balcony, gym, easy beach access, their own bathroom and TV, coffee at the tiki hut, and lazy river. I was happy to see they had beach chairs to use. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Condo was spacious and very clean. Such a nice place. Hope to stay here again!!
