With ample sleeping accommodations for up to twenty-one guests, including 3 King beds, 4 Queen beds, 5 Twin beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Each bedroom boasts a private bath, with the Primary bedroom featuring a luxurious 'his and hers' size bath, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. Flat-screen TVs in every bedroom provide entertainment for winding down after a day of fun in the sun.

The open and inviting floor plan of Villas Belvedere A is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The large, fully furnished kitchen has been updated with all-new stainless steel appliances, a pantry, hot water dispenser, and a spacious island, making meal preparation a breeze. Plus, the kitchen features a convenient wet bar for mixing up your favorite beverages.

Unwind in the comfortable living room, furnished with brand new furniture, or step out onto the covered patio and listen to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. With direct beach access just steps from your back door, you can easily enjoy walks along the pristine shoreline or simply relax and soak up the sun on the sandy beach.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

**This property has unique booking terms. Final Payment is due 90 days prior to arrival (or 120 days for monthly rentals). Cancellations must be made before this deadline to receive a refund, minus non-refundable fees. Please review out guest policies for complete details.**

We recently stayed at Villas Belvedere A and overall had a great time. The location is a huge plus - being right on the beach with a private pool made for a relaxing getaway. The villa itself is older but has been recently remodeled, and it was mostly clean and comfortable.
There were a few downsides to note. We did encounter some roaches during our stay, but the management was responsive and sent an exterminator out quickly. The villa is also very limited in supplies - not even a box of kleenex was provided - so be sure to bring your own basics. There are a lot of stairs throughout the property, which could be challenging for some. The space to play pool was too tight to even play.
There's not a lot to do within walking distance, so it's best suited for those looking to stay put and relax rather than explore the area on foot. That said, the beachfront setting and private pool were definite highlights.
