The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a Jacuzzi tub, and Juliet balcony overlooking the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a separate sitting area. The 4th bedroom has a King bed.
All bedrooms have Gulf Views. The large living area opens up to a spacious balcony with views of Ole River, Ono Island, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Florencia is a Mediterranean-style gated complex located on Ole River and bordered by the Perdido Key State Park. On-site amenities include tennis courts, spa, fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, and grilling area. Beach access is located within 50 yards of the Florencia property.

This unit includes two parking spaces, one of which is a covered parking space.
