Phoenix Gulf Shores 1004, a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, awaits you on the 10th floor of Gulf Shores' newest complex. Perfect for up to 16 guests, it offers an unparalleled beachfront experience with splendid views and contemporary comfort.

The Primary suite is a realm of relaxation, featuring a King bed, direct balcony access to savor the ocean breeze, and a 60-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Its Primary bath, complete with a jetted tub and separate shower, offers a spa-like experience. The second bedroom is equally inviting with two cozy Queen beds and an attached bath featuring a walk-in shower.

For larger groups, the third and fourth bedrooms are ideal, each housing two Queen beds and sharing an adjoining bathroom. All guest bedrooms are equipped with a 43-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring personal entertainment space for everyone.

The living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, provides breathtaking South and West views of the Gulf. It's furnished with a comfortable sofa sleeper and a grand 70-inch flat-screen TV, making it a perfect spot for group gatherings or movie nights.

The heart of this condo, the kitchen, is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar complete with an ice maker. This culinary haven caters to all your dining and entertaining needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Spacious condo with great views

Our party really enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful view and spacious condo. The kitchen did not have hot pads and the pans were pretty worse for wear but otherwise the condo worked out great for our large party. Would definitely stay here again!My review would have been a 5 start if it weren't for the Phoenix staff. Days before check-in I had reached out regarding an additional parking pass, this communication was great and I was told that because we paid for our passes online in advance at check-in we would have everything we needed in our room already. We received a notice from security on day two of our stay that we needed a parking permit, even though we were never provisioned one. We dealt with this at the front desk when we were finally able to get in contact with someone and received passes for our party upon request. Then the next day we got in trouble for not having wristbands while at the pool... these were never provisioned to us nor were we notified of this necessity until this point. I recommend physically checking in at the front desk when you arrive and ensure all requirements are met to avoid needing to engage with the front desk.
