The condo's interior is a testament to modern coastal elegance, featuring Vinyl Plank Flooring and crown molding throughout, new furniture, and brand-new mattresses for an undisturbed sleep experience. The fully equipped kitchen, boasting granite counters and a Keurig, invites you to create and savor your favorite meals and beverages. For a relaxing end to your day, or a soothing start, the indoor hot tub awaits, perfect for unwinding in a tranquil environment. Throughout your stay at Island Royale, you can stay connected and share your vacation moments with ease, thanks to the free WiFi available throughout the complex. Whether you're lounging by the pool, relaxing in your room, or exploring the complex, you're always connected.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.
