Welcome to Island Tower 1702, a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL, directly on the pristine sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 17th-floor unit offers an incredible view from the large balcony off the living room, where you can enjoy stunning sights of the Gulf's sparkling waters and breathtaking sunsets.

The primary bedroom and one guest room each feature a king bed, both with private baths. The master bath includes a separate shower and jetted tub, while the guest bath offers a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes extra amenities like a waffle iron, crock pot, and George Foreman grill. After your meal, enjoy family-friendly entertainment with games or movies, making it a perfect space for relaxation and fun.

For those who wish to keep up with their fitness regime, the Gulf-front fitness center provides state-of-the-art equipment along with inspiring ocean views. Outside, the large beach-side outdoor pool invites you to lounge and soak up the sun. For families, the playground is a delightful addition, ensuring fun for the little ones. The BBQ area is perfect for hosting enjoyable outdoor meals. Convenience is key at Island Towers, with covered parking, two high-speed elevators, and direct access to 150 feet of pristine white sandy beaches. Island Towers stands out for its ideal positioning, offering easy access to local attractions, ensuring your stay is not only relaxing but also conveniently located for exploring Gulf Shores.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Here are the positives: - The view was awesome. - The kitchen was fully equipped with exceptions (noted below). - The balcony was one of the best features...plenty of chairs and plenty of room. - The bedrooms were nice size and master bath was very nice. Our only negatives: - no icemaker in the refrigerator...only two ice trays. - more flatware needed. We only had 5 people...but the 2 items above weren't enough for our group. Overall, we had a great time.

We will get more ice trays put back in the unit . Happy you enjoyed your visit. Gulf2Beach Team
