Step into the Primary suite and find your private haven with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The suite is completed with a private bathroom designed for relaxation. In addition, the second bedroom offers the comfort of a Queen bed, while the third bedroom features two Twin-Over-Full bunk beds, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for everyone.

This condo is crafted to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, with a layout that encourages togetherness and relaxation. The living area, adorned with a large flat-screen TV and a cozy sofa sleeper, opens to a spacious private balcony. Here, you can savor breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

Pelican Pointe, located in a stunning coastal setting, offers an array of amenities designed for the ultimate beach vacation. This welcoming complex features both an outdoor and an indoor pool, catering to swimming preferences in any weather. Guests can indulge in relaxation with the indoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities or exploration. For families, the kiddie pool provides a safe and fun environment for the little ones to enjoy the water. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the tennis court, which is also lined for pickleball and features a basketball hoop for added recreation. Pelican Pointe also includes a well-equipped fitness room for those who wish to keep up with their exercise routine during their stay. PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team.
