This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 11th floor and has a large private balcony.

The master suite features a King bed, a private bath, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin-Over-Full bunk beds. Both guest rooms have a flat-screen TV. This unit accommodates up to 10 people.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi access, large flat-screen TV in the living room, a sofa sleeper, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Pelican Pointe is located 5.5 miles East of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. This property features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, boardwalk, and indoor hot tub.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass by calling our office before arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team at 251-424-1118 or [email protected].

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
