The master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a master bath with dual vanities, whirlpool tub, and separate shower. The 2nd and 3rd guest rooms both have 2 Queen beds, flat screen TV and share a Jack and Jill bath room. The 4th bedrooms also has 2 Queen beds with private bath and flat-screen TV. This unit accommodates up to 14 people.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous South views and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash and a farmhouse sink. The unit features 10 ft. ceilings, crown molding throughout, a wet bar with an ice maker and wine chiller, a full-sized washer and dryer, and wood tile floors throughout. This unit is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix Orange Beach II amenities feature covered parking, an outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a lazy river with a water slide, splash pad, a fitness center and a grilling area. Smoking is not allowed in the units or on balconies. Guests are allowed to smoke in the parking deck and drive areas only.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit does not allow monthly rentals.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee.
