In the living room, a comfortable sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space for extra guests or family members. Gather here to unwind and enjoy the company of loved ones while soaking in the tranquil ambiance of beachfront living.

The unit also features an additional half bathroom, providing added convenience for guests. Stay connected with free wireless internet throughout the condo, and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay. With modern appliances and ample counter space, cooking and dining have never been easier.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh and clean throughout your vacation.

Romar Tower is conveniently located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, the heart of this vibrant Alabama beach community, ensuring easy access to all the area has to offer.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

This is a great little condo when you have a small family or children. 1st floor, so no balcony worries. Beach and pool within mere feet, fully stocked kitchen, and the cutest kitchen and bathroom starter packs. Highly recommend!!
