This cozy 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Located on the 1st floor, you'll enjoy easy access to the pristine shores and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Step into the Primary suite, where a plush King bed awaits, providing the perfect spot to rest and rejuvenate after a day of sun and sand. The attached full bathroom ensures convenience and privacy during your stay.

In the living room, a comfortable sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space for extra guests or family members. Gather here to unwind and enjoy the company of loved ones while soaking in the tranquil ambiance of beachfront living.

The unit also features an additional half bathroom, providing added convenience for guests. Stay connected with free wireless internet throughout the condo, and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay. With modern appliances and ample counter space, cooking and dining have never been easier.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh and clean throughout your vacation.

Situated along the stunning shores of the Gulf of Mexico, Romar Tower boasts breathtaking views, direct beachfront access, and a charming gazebo where you can soak in the coastal ambiance. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling outdoor pool or fire up the grill for a delightful cookout at the grilling area. Romar Tower is conveniently located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, the heart of this vibrant Alabama beach community, ensuring easy access to all the area has to offer.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
New reservations booked after May 16th, 2025 will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.
