Very family friendly. Had our 9month old and the slash pad was a hit. Definitely great for families with little kids. The beach being right there was great and easy to go from pool to beach and tons of hoses from the beach.

The view was great. Complete beach view, clean beach, beach is not to far of a walk from the condo. Room was clean, everything was in order, plenty of dishes/utensils, pans, ice maker. Didnt have to wait long on elevators, even when one was being serviced. Splash pad was awesome for our 4 yo and even our 7 yo. Had indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tubs. Overall one of the better condos we have stayed at, only complaint was the lady to buy the parking pass wasnt very helpful or friendly. Had shopping carts and luggage racks to bring up your bags. This condo has a box fan already there and a hair dryer. We would stay again for sure!

This place was very clean. We struggled with the code to get in at first but that was mainly user error on our part. We called the number and were immediately helped. Super easy checkout. Definitely wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family all stayed at the Phoenix in separate units. Unit was as shown in pictures and the complex was great for family (we had 3 kids - 1yo, 3yo and 10yo). We alternated between beach and indoor pool as the outside pool was cold for October visit. We loved it and would stay there again!

This property was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. Its location is close to nearby attractions and getting to the beach is easy. The foyer is under construction, so it looks like a construction zone, but don’t fret - you only deal with it if you’re leaving the property. The beach is nice and wide and not greatly impacted by the tide. We had a great stay! (Oh - don’t pack a hairdryer - there is one in the unit. You can bring that extra pair of shoes in its place!)

Room was clean and as expected. Television did not work and hoped to watch the LSU game. Maintenance kept postponing the service visit. Stayed 4 nights, was not looked at until the last night there. All in all was a good time.

We loved the size and location of this property. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You could see the beach and gulf with no interference. In the evening we left the door open so we could hear the Ocean At night there was star gazing opportunities. The amenities met our needs. The condo is older. But, for the location and price it didn't matter. However I was disappointed with the cleanliness. Dust in the heating vent and on ceiling fans was a big disappointment. We would stay again.

A bit dated, but well appointed condo. No complaints. It's in a big complex, so you'll be sharing the beach, elevators and other amenities with a lot of other people. Walls are a bit thin. Big pool, pirate themed splash pad, fitness room and racquetball. $50 to park courtesy of the condo association. Beach is huge, but crowded. A great family environment, but maybe not the best choice for a quiet couple's getaway. Liquid Life is a great host. Great communication. Easy check in/out.

The pool was beautiful, very clean and the grandkids also had a splash pad to enjoy. The condo was nice and clean but bare bones like a hotel room. I have stayed in lots of vacation rentals and was a little surprised that there wasn't even salt and pepper or an extra roll of toilet paper. In the kitchen there was 1 dish towel, no dish cloth just a sponge. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work so good thing our daughter was staying the same complex we would just go fill our bucket from her. All in all we loved our stay here, just be prepared to bring a few extra things like toilet paper, salt, sugar, pepper etc. We also enjoyed biking in the Gulf State Park and look forward to coming back. We would stay here again for sure!!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives. We apologize if it was not enough for your stay. Due to health reasons we do not leave any food or spices in the condo between guests, this was a standard before COVID, but even more so now. We look forward to helping you book your next trip to the beach.

The condo is centrally located with easy access between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with Liquid Life was prompt. The view from our one bedroom oceanfront condo was fabulous. The king size bed was comfortable with hotel quality linens. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware though you will need to bring all the condiments, spices, etc if you plan to cook...and don't forget coffee filters. The dining area was really nice. Our only disappointment was the comfort and cleanliness of the living room furniture and pillows. Pillows are worn and somewhat shabby. The patterned chair was in need of shampooing. The couches were very saggy and uncomfortable. Strangely enough, the one section of the couch with plywood under the cushion was the most comfortable seat in the room. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

This condo was fantastic! As soon as you walk in, you are hit with the phenomenal view from the balcony. The furnishings were pretty, light and bright. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony had great furniture, which is very important! If I owned a condo, I would love for it to look just like this one! We ate all of our meals outside, soaking in the gorgeous view. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Also, the Publix and Walmart are very close. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative would be the outside doors of the condo building, they looked very worn, but that is minor. But it made me wonder when we walked up, if the unit would be nice, but YES, the unit is beautiful! Highly recommend!

This property is exactly as the pictures describe and extremely clean! The bed was super comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The living room couches need to be replaced as they were a bit uncomfortable (saggy) to sit upon. We totally enjoyed the view as well as the balcony for dining and relaxing. We would definitely rent this property again.

You can lay on the deck to substance or read.there is a free coffee setup in the lobby lounge included with your rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The room was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pans, cups, plates, etc. you could need! Parking is very close and convenient as well. Phoenix V is a very nice condominium and in a great location. I highly recommend!
